Securing Your Appointment.
50% Deposit
A 50% deposit is required upfront to reserve your appointment. Your appointment is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
Because each appointment time is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, 10% of the applicable booking amount will be retained as a no-show fee.
